Founding Members

After having served as Social Compliance Manager at Decathlon (France), Celeste joined the audit and certification group SGS (Switzerland) to lead the Social Compliance department. She therefore led the implementation and the ongoing management of all of the anti-corruption services activities.

In addition to managing the department, Céleste has continued to provide important operational support as Lead Auditor for large Groups (Alstom, Airbus, Crédit Agricole) and SMEs (Marvel, AME International or Eurotradia International) and public organisations (PSE SA). She also played a key monitoring role for the integrity department of the World Bank.

Céleste was part of the French Chapter of the standardisation committee set up for the ISO 19600 and ISO 37001.

Having served as Purchasing Director with The Coca-Cola Company and Rexam and as a Programme Director with Accenture, Philippe refocused his career on economic intelligence (Master Paris-Dauphine) and criminology (Panthéon-ASSAS et CNAM) with specific regards to the prevention of corruption. Philippe joined the swiss Group SGS in 2010 to lead the development of new business for the anti-corruption services department.

Philippe lectures on business ethics and more particularly on prevention of corruption at the University of Strasbourg (Master II – Juriste sécurité financière) and the University of Versailles (Master II – Droit pénal des entreprises).
